Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month

Did you know that September is Ovarian Cancer Awareness month? I remember as a kid my Great Grandma being diagnosed with cancer (not Ovarian) and being terrified. Shortly after my Great Grandma passed away from cancer, my Great Grandpa did too. Since that time, I have known many people in my life who have died from cancer. I've also had the priviledge of knowing many who have survived it. Cancer is an ugly thing. I wish I could say I knew more who survived it, so today I am doing my part is spreading the word about Ovarian Cancer Awareness.

Electrolux and Kelly Ripa are also partnering together to do their part in raising Ovarian Cancer Awareness.
